About Us
Cotswold Property Management Services Limited, “CPMS”, is a small, specialist, Gloucestershire-based Property Management Company, handling administrative issues for multi-occupied schemes for both commercial and residential developments. CPMS has an extensive portfolio of developments both in the Gloucestershire area and elsewhere in the country, most notably in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Our principal aim is to provide an attentive, individually tailored service to our clients, and to combine an expertise and ability worthy of a large company with the personal touch, friendliness and approachability of a smaller firm.
CPMS is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and is a member of both the RICS and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). We are a young company, operational from 2004, but have since experienced a rapid growth, matched by an exponentially increasing level of renown within our field. The testimonials from our clients, shown elsewhere on this web page, are testament to our success in pleasing our clients.
We are attentive to the individual needs of our customers. We successfully endeavour to have all our accounts and other administrative tasks required for the smooth running of our client developments done without delay. All departments are located within a single office so there is no need to call one office to report a problem, another to check your account balance.
We respond promptly to clients’ issues – with the office telephone number diverted to a mobile phone for our clients to contact us in emergencies.
We work alongside, rather than against, residents’ associations, and are interested to hear our clients’ suggestions. We deal fairly and promptly with complaints in accordance with the RICS and ARMA’s Code of Practice.
Lastly, we feel a sense of corporate social responsibility – we employ local contractors whose work we know to be good, and whom we know to be reliable. This demonstrates our commitment to the local economies of the areas in which our developments are located, as well as being more ecologically efficient than using contractors whose travel distances would have an unnecessary impact on the environment.
