Financial – we collect monies due promptly and efficiently, whilst maintaining a good landlord/tenant relationship. We hold monies in accordance with RICS Client Money Regulations. .

Insurance – we will arrange the placing of any insurance policies as required, Property Owners, Plant & Machinery, Public Liability. We do not take any commission from insurance brokers. We also undertake the administration of minor insurance claims.

Repair and Maintenance Management – we deal with day to day repairs and maintenance, and can arrange for the preparation of a cyclical maintenance and repair plan to identify long term maintenance and assist with budgeting. We advise on major contract work and the use of specialist professionals and contractors for large maintenance items.

Lease Compliance – we ensure compliance of the terms of leases

Contractor management – we supervise regular contractors such as cleaners, gardeners, lift maintenance contractors on behalf of the Employer
