A fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers, Beth, as she is more generally known, is passionate about the service being provided to the clients and oversees all aspects of the business.
Russell King
Associate Director - A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Russ has extensive experience in the property management sector, having headed up the Property Management department in DTZ’s Bristol office for the past 15 years until leaving in 2009. Russ manages both commercial and residential properties within the operations side of the business.
Claire Hurlock – joined the Company at the end of 2004 and apart from a short break out of the office on maternity leave has been responsible for the payment of contractor invoices on the purchase ledger side. Claire has recently extended her hours and now assists with bank reconciliations and payroll for site staff.
Jenny Jackson – Jenny has worked for the Company since July 2005 in a variety of roles, having taken two spells out of the office on maternity leave. Originally employed as a Property Administrator, due to her experience and knowledge in the office, Jenny has more recently been involved in the Company Secretarial/ Sales & Transfers role, liaising with Solicitors and other parties where properties are being sold. As the Company grows Jenny will relinquish this role to spend more time on the Company side acting as Office Manager.
Claire Barker – following 6 months on a temporary contract, Claire joined as a permanent member of the team in January 2009. Claire’s work has been predominantly undertaking bank reconciliations in respect of each individual client bank account, however, has more recently become involved in the sales ledger, dealing with the apportionment of service charge budgets and the issuing of demands.
Claire will be assuming a team leader role in the Accounts section, overseeing all elements within the department, including credit control.
Andy Elliott – joined CPMS in February 2009 as a Property Administrator having completed 22 years in the Royal Air Force. Due to the amount of new business that continues to be generated, Andy is extending his role to act as the main point of contact for all new clients, in order to assist them with the handover process.
Andy also administers the insurance portfolio and assists with the legal administration for Company Secretarial duties.
As CPMS is regulated by the RICS in respect of the holding of Client Monies, Jenny, Claire Barker and Andy also act as monitors for the ongoing review of compliance as recommended by the RICS Regulations team.
Marie Ackland – the latest recruit to our team, Marie joined the company in a permanent role from September 2009, having completed 6 months in a temporary position. Marie acts as a Property Administrator for several clients, both residential and commercial, dealing with all day to day queries, as well as attending client meetings.
